Re: pattern search broken?
Thank you. Ok, I see that the search in fact works. However, this time together with the results I got these: Notice: Undefined variable: Lemp in /home/ubuntu/web/go/html/search.php on line 95 Notice: Undefined variable: Lwh in /home/ubuntu/web/go/html/search.php on line 95 Notice: Undefined variabl...

problem 17842 disabled by mistake
I meant to remove problem 17842 from my sandbox and publish it, but I did it wrong and disabled it!
Apparently I cannot edit it any more
Would you please reenable it for publishing?

Re: How to handle a defective problem
I put it in my sandbox. But if I turn it the other way around (black to kill rather than white to kill) it will become an entirely different problem, so the comments there would now make little sense.
In that case, is it preferable to start with a new problem?

Re: I made a stupid comment: how to delete it?
Replying to myself: it seems that I need to go to the problem, switch to java mode, look at the whole list of problems and next to mine I will find a checkbox which I can tick to disable my comment. Apparently there is no way to do that from javascript, nor a way to edit or delete the comment entire...

quarry
I am starting to use quarry, which is free software. It is okay and as far as I can see it does all it should do, only problem is that it creates "compressed point lists" which are currently not recognised by goproblems, so I need to fix the file manually every time I load it. It is not a ...

How to handle a defective problem
I created my first problem, 17796. After people commented on it, I see that it is probably invalid without hope: I ask to make white live, but it seems that's impossible. If, after studying it, it turns out that this is indeed the case, I could turn it the other way around: make black kill white. As...
