JavaScript version broken for unsupported locales

JavaScript version broken for unsupported localse – displays blank area.

My locale is "lv" (Latvian) (both Firefox and Chrome are in Latvian), so apparently goproblems tries to load file "http://www.goproblems.com/js/tr/lv.js" based on the locale and fails. It then causes a JS error "eidogo.p18n is undefined" in "comments.js" and everything breaks.

Please, make a fallback in case goproblems don't have support for a specific locale!

This is still happening: goproblems.com gets the preferred locale of my browser, and crashes (the go problems do not appear/load) if it doesn't support it, instead of just falling back to English.
