Problems/Flagged problems is broken

The page with the top ranking flagged problems is broken, it only shows errors like Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/adumps/web/go/util/func.php on line 311
The similar looking Stats page works fine btw.

another good way to look for flagged problems is to sort by the Flagged column on the All Problem page, by the way.
