When I click on get problem, it does not display it, there is only a square with a red x in it. I cannot see the problem. I have viewed problems in the past, but cannot now. What do I need to do in order to see and interact with the site. I should mention that I am running windows xp service pack 2 with all the latest updates.
Any help is appreciated, thanks for your time.
