Every now and then, when I go to problems with the full 19x19 board with the small stones, stones disappear totally from the board, sometimes replaced by corrupted images consisting of black squares. When it happens, refreshing is useless, and the only way seems to quite all instances of my browser and restart.

I do not encounter this problem with the large stones.

My system uses Windows XP SP1, IE 6 SP1 and Java 1.4.2_01. I have turned off caching in Java.

Can anyone please advise me whether this is a problem with my system, or is there a bug in the applet? Thanks.

The same thing happens to me.
Alot.

Exactly same, thing, only with small stones, only black stones disappear, refreshing won't help.
I use XP(not sure what version) and Java 1.42 and 1.5.
I believe it load applets with 1.42.
I would be very happy if it would be solved...

The same thing also happens to me.

Exactly same, thing, only with small stones, only black stones disappear, refreshing won't help.
I use XP SP2.

Sometimes making the window larger and pressing refresh helps.
Changing the stone size to large is a workaround which sometimes will work.
