Problem 3838 in ios app

This 30 kyu problem (#3838) doesn't have instructions or explanation. And its number doesn't match the problem number on the site. Can somebody explain this to me?

What's the best way to think about this problem? I figured that r16 was good because it makes q16 a false eye. But then I'm lost except for playing out scenarios.

well, problems that don't have instructions like this, you should try to find the ideal move. in this case, it's a life and death problem, so you try to find a way to live/kill.
