It seems the java code has some problem with the latest java platform(Java TM 7 update 4). It always give me a small size board, so everytime I have click on stone size window and select large.
This is super annoying.
I hope I'm not the only one experiencing this issue

I ended up switching back to java 6 and all is looking good now.

java is not very stable. javascript will become the default soon.
