i don't know why but the whole thing isn't working on my computer, the image or board isn't coming up and i'm getting the cross in the top left. i'm a newbie and would appreciate some help!

Perhaps the browser that you are using does not have a JVM (Java Virual Machine)?

i revive the thread once again because i have a similar problem but i have a jvm but since i started to play on kgs it doesn't work anymore
before i downloaded the client it worked
and i don't have a x on the top left i have a symbol with a red block , a blue circle
strong need for help
